Job Description

This position combines project management, engineering supervision, and on-site execution responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and able to handle multiple projects involving scrap collection, logistics coordination, machinery deployment, manpower management, and client communication.

:

1) Plan, organize, and manage scrap disposal and demolition operations from mobilization to completion.

2) Liaise with clients to schedule scrap disposal works and ensure smooth coordination.

3) Arrange and supervise machinery, logistics, and manpower for project execution.

4) Oversee project progress, ensure timely completion, and address potential issues proactively.

5) Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements always.

6) Liaison between with Project Client and contractors- Emails/ WhatsApp

7) Conduct site visits and prepare necessary documentation and reports.

8) Prepare and submit reports for billing and project closure.

Requirement:

1) Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Construction Management, or related field)

2) Proven knowledge in site working environment and safety regulations.

3) Knowledge of machinery operations and project documentation is an advantage.

4) Knowledge in Microsoft Tools and MS Project is an advantage.

5) Effective communication (WhatsApp / Email) and interpersonal abilities

6) Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

7) Able to stay outstation on Project basis work duration - projects within Peninsular Malaysia

8) Valid driving license (D) and able to travel frequently to accommodate work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
