Responsibility:\xc2\xb7 Confer with engineers, vendors and others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects and products.\xc2\xb7 Design, implement, maintain, and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, components, products.\xc2\xb7 Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.\xc2\xb7 Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications.\xc2\xb7 Manage local Engineering in execution of engineering projects, including CAPEX planning and tracking. Assure that projects are delivered on time, within specification and budget. Perform gap analysis versus current practice and lead corrective actions, ensure that best practices are known and understood within project or study team and that identified company expertise is known and exploited.\xc2\xb7 Manage infrastructure to provide high-level service for Operations and Business Unit. Ensure budget is planned correctly and monitor spending and accruals. Manage investments in Infrastructure.\xc2\xb7 Supervise preparation of projects in details including AR write up and contingencies, ensure needed teamwork of all involved stakeholders (business, controlling, conversion, QA/SSE, category, etc.) Ensure project approval in time as needed by business purpose of the project. Provide co-ordination and technical expertise for evaluation of offers and submitting proposals for the most appropriate technical solutions, while ensuring they are cost-effective.\xc2\xb7 Provide potential supplier identification as well as correct bidding process and evaluation in line with KFI policies and supplier management strategies.. Ensure and lead co-operation with Procurement department in preparation of contracts, providing technical requirements and details in order to support contract negotiation and signature\xc2\xb7 Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.\xc2\xb7 Plan and implement research methodology and procedures to apply principles of electrical theory to engineering projects.\xc2\xb7 Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment.\xc2\xb7 Supervise and train project team members as necessary.\xc2\xb7 Oversee project production efforts to assure projects are completed satisfactorily, on time and within budget.\xc2\xb7 Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and stakeholder requirements.\xc2\xb7 Plan layout of electric power generating plants and distribution lines and stations. Assist in developing capital project programs for new equipment and major repairs.\xc2\xb7 Develop budgets, estimating labor, material, and construction costs.\xc2\xb7 Compile data and write reports regarding existing and potential engineering studies\xc2\xb7 Negotiate and maintain relations with vendors and consultants.\xc2\xb7 Support Project Manager with electrical project establishment and closeout.\xc2\xb7 Perform electrical developments executing quality, operation and safety enhancements to firm\'s production lines.\xc2\xb7 Conduct design of electrical engineering, parameters and review.\xc2\xb7 Ensure to make decisions related to electrical engineering principles application to operation problems and requirements proposed.\xc2\xb7 Perform with technical specialists like electrical engineering, process and automation to resolve complete requirement.\xc2\xb7 Develop and review of complex electrical project calculations.\xc2\xb7 Prepare documented design inputs.\xc2\xb7 Review design inputs and review of engineering drawings.\xc2\xb7 Prepare and review equipment along with material parameters.\xc2\xb7 Prepare reports and study existing technical information clearly and precisely to make precise project scope and AR\'s.\xc2\xb7 Participate in project electrical work plan development.\xc2\xb7 Prepare BOQ and budgets for project executions.\xc2\xb7 Guide project installation and commissioning on final load testing.Provide support to the production process through technical inputs on equipment installation, commissioning and timely maintenance.\xc2\xb7 Ensure all the relevant documents should be followed during completion of any engineering job.\xc2\xb7 Arranged back up support of all PLC, instrumentation and controls of all process and utilities equipment.Assist and managing MEP scope by managing the consultant and MEP contractor.Requirement:\xc2\xa7 Minimum 5-6 years\' experience in a engineering management role in FMCG\xc2\xa7 Hands on experience of project executions in process control, automation and Powers installationsGood practical exposure of automation and controls of food processing and utilities equipment\'s\xc2\xa7 Innovative problem-solving capability and ability to seek new solutions and ideas.\xc2\xa7 Team Player\xc2\xa7 Able to propose alternatives to drive down costs.\xef\xbb\xbf\xc2\xa7 Engineering degree in Electronics / Electrical\xc2\xa7 Knowledge of PLC programming, inverter and electronics trouble shooting, SADA etc, assimilation of automation system of machineries\xc2\xa7 Knowledge of electrical installation, Cable sizing, cable lay outing, power factors, HSE and all relevant documents procedure\xc2\xa7 Should have a good knowledge of computer base Maintenance management system
