Job Description

Responsibilities:

1) Ensure operations budget availability before executing assigned jobs.

2) Create and manage MOB orders in CRM for all assigned projects.

3) Maintain and update manpower movement charts for assigned coordinators.

4) Track and update job completion ("Job's Done") status.

5) Ensure project compliance for equipment and manpower as per approved procedures.

5) Verify that client-approved procedures are available prior to job execution.

6) Coordinate and communicate with clients on project planning and job arrangements.

7) Ensure timely submission of inspection reports and maintain proper records on the company server.

8) Submit client-approved timesheets to HQ promptly.

9) Manage petty cash efficiently and ensure claims are submitted within the 80% threshold.

10) Plan and coordinate manpower and equipment movement across sites during festive periods.

11) Forecast and plan manpower requirements based on project loading across all sites.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination within fabrication or inspection environments.

Min Dip or Degree in Engineering

Familiarity with NDT operations (RT, MT, PT, UT, and preferably advanced NDT techniques as well).

Strong coordination skills in managing manpower and equipment for multiple projects.

Good communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
