Support the Project Manager in all aspects of the construction project, including coordination, planning, scheduling, progress tracking, supervision, quality control, and participation in site meetings.
Prepare, submit, and follow up on required project documents such as shop drawings, material approvals, progress reports, claims, variation orders, testing records, as-built drawings, and operation & maintenance manuals.
Liaise effectively with subcontractors, main contractors, consultants, architects, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Participate in material selection and procurement activities.
Assist in tender preparation and related exercises.
