Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated

Project Engineer

to manage end-to-end solar energy projects. This role involves overseeing planning, execution, documentation, site management, and ensuring timely delivery of solar projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth and successful project implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full cycle of solar project execution, including planning, monitoring, and delivery of each implementation phase. Prepare all project-related documentation, including client contract, progress report and documents required for project approval by government agencies. In charge of site preparation and management, including producing construction schedule, managing site meetings with clients and sub-contractors, and supervising contractor's system installation work. Arrange for testing, commissioning, and handover documentation assessments. Provide professional and quality engineering and project management services to clients throughout project lifecycle, including periodic reporting and technical consultancy for clients. Liaise with suppliers for product procurement and delivery. Ensure compliance with safety standards and project quality requirements.

Requirements:

Education:

Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 2 years' experience in general construction (Solar PV installation or project management experience is an advantage). Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and work plans. Strong operational, planning, and attention-to-detail skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work well on own initiative Valid driving license and has own vehicle. Willing to travel (West Malaysia Peninsular) and work on site Excellent commercial acumen Proficient in both English and Bahasa Melayu.

SEDA License

and relevant solar installation experience is preferable. Strong personnel management skills to foster dedication and camaraderie
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
