Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Duties :-

Plan and coordinate project activities, ensuring completion within scope, timeline, and budget. Collaborate with design, production, quality, and procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare and maintain project schedules, documentation, and progress reports. Support new product introduction (NPI) and process improvement initiatives. Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation plans for project challenges. Monitor supplier performance and coordinate material or tooling readiness for projects. Ensure all project activities comply with ISO, safety, and company standards. 8Assist in technical troubleshooting and provide engineering support during production trials.

Qualification / Knowledge / Skills Requirements :-

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent). Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project or process engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Good knowledge of plastic injection molding processes and tooling (an added advantage). Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office applications. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Authority :-

Authorized to propose and implement project-related improvements with management approval. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for project-related procurement or technical issues.

Working Condition :-

Based in office with frequent visits to the production and tooling areas. May require overtime or weekend work during critical project phases. Must comply with PPE and safety requirements when on the production floor.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :-

Project Delivery: ? 95% of projects completed on time and within budget. Quality Compliance: Zero major non-conformance findings during project execution.. Cost Efficiency: Achieve targeted cost savings through process or design optimization. Cross-Functional Coordination: Positive feedback from involved departments and stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Minimum of one improvement or standardization initiative per quarter.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,800.00 per month
