Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and supervise daily site activities to ensure works are completed on schedule and in accordance with drawings and specifications.
Coordinate between consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve design or site issues.
Monitor progress, update project schedules, and report to the Project Manager on key milestones and delays.
Review and manage technical submissions, method statements, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
Implement quality assurance and control measures to achieve required workmanship standards.
Enforce site safety, housekeeping, and environmental compliance in line with statutory requirements.
Liaise with local authorities and consultants for inspections, testing, and approvals.
Support documentation for progress claims, variation orders, and project handover requirements.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in
Civil & Structural Engineering
(or equivalent).
3-5 years
of site experience in building construction or mixed development projects.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, sequencing, QA/QC procedures, and statutory requirements.
Familiarity with contract administration (e.g. PAM/AIAC/CIDB forms) and progress reporting.
Proficient in
MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Must be willing to work full-time at project sites.
