Job Description

What will you do?

To work with manager on handling issues related to production, procurement, engineering and project planning. Coordinate between sales team, purchasing, and factory department to ensure smooth and timely delivery. Plan and arrange workers & supervisors for cooling tower installation and ensure smooth execution of projects. To coordinate work at site with appointed subcontractors or installers. Attend site meetings with clients and discuss on technical issues, delivery matters or safety matters. To solve and provide solution to client's on site matters and ensure client satisfaction. To prepare and report work schedule and production status for projects to all teams. To plan, coordinate, and monitor activities at project sites and schedule deliveries of materials. Conduct site visit as and when required especially during critical work. To prepare Method Statement (MS) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for work to be conducted at site, if requested.

What we look for?

Required skills: Basic Microsoft Excel & Word. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field. Preferably with experience within the M&E, HVAC or construction industry. Able to communicate well in English. Independent and possess a good work attitude.
