1.

Project Coordination

Assist the Project Manager in executing the E&I scope of work. Coordinate day-to-day activities at the site or project office with contractors and subcontractors. Prepare technical reports, schedules, and progress updates.
2.

Technical Review & Support

Review E&I drawings (e.g., single line diagrams, loop diagrams, wiring layouts). Participate in design reviews and ensure technical specifications align with project requirements. Support procurement by evaluating equipment and materials specifications.
3.

Installation & Site Supervision

Monitor the installation of electrical panels, cables, field instruments, lighting, earthing systems, and control systems. Ensure that work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and standards (IEC, NEC, etc.). Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
4.

Documentation & Compliance

Prepare method statements, ITPs, checklists, and testing documentation. Ensure proper recording of redline/as-built drawings. Comply with site safety rules and contribute to toolbox talks and safety walkdowns.
5.

Communication & Reporting

Interface with consultants, clients, and internal departments to resolve technical issues. Submit daily or weekly reports on work progress, manpower, and issues. Report deviations from scope, delays, or risks to the Project Manager.
6.

Commissioning Support

Support pre-commissioning and commissioning teams in loop checks, functional tests, and energization. Ensure all test reports are signed, recorded, and submitted.

Key Skills & Knowledge:

Familiar with field instruments (pressure, flow, level, temp), control systems (PLC/DCS), and electrical systems (LV/MV). Able to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, loop diagrams. Good understanding of industry codes: IEC, NEC, IEEE, API. Strong teamwork, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
