Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in project scoping, feasibility studies, and cost estimation for site projects Prepare project schedules, budgets, and execution plans in coordination with relevant departments (Production, Maintenance, Procurement, Safety, and QC) Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure proper design and material specifications Review and validate engineering drawings, P&IDs, equipment layouts, piping, and structural designs Ensure that designs comply with industry standards and company specifications Supervise contractors during installation, fabrication, piping, electrical and mechanical works Ensure safe execution of work in compliance with HSE standards and permit-to-work procedures Monitor construction progress, conduct inspections, and resolve site issues Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of completed systems to operations
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related discipline) Minimum 3-5 years' experience in industrial project execution, preferably in palm oil downstream, biodiesel, oleochemicals, or refinery operations Knowledge of piping, rotating equipment, utilities, instrumentation, and plant layout design Strong understanding of project management tools Familiar with local regulations

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
