Company Overview The organisation is Malaysia\xe2\x80\x99s most trusted and leading manufacturer of portable cabins, labour quarter cabins, PU cabins, engineering works, etc. It is specialist in temporary site facilities, site enabling work and involved mainly in modular construction and prefabrication construction, with more than 30 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Project key contact person to liaise among internal department \xc2\xb7 To ensure project operation & document control procedure are adhered to \xc2\xb7 To manage and deliver good quality project within time frame \xc2\xb7 To liaise with Clients, Consultants & Subcontractors on drawings, site works & coordination matters \xc2\xb7 To plan, implement and monitor work programme or project schedule so that project milestones can be achieved at all times \xc2\xb7 To coordinate and monitor subcontractors\xe2\x80\x99 quality & workmanship in accordance to design and drawing specifications \xc2\xb7 To monitor and control material wastage at site \xc2\xb7 To raise PR for machineries and material order \xc2\xb7 To attend Clients\xe2\x80\x99 progress and coordination meeting \xc2\xb7 To chair Subcontractor meeting regularly \xc2\xb7 To comply with site safety requirement and implement safe working methods \xc2\xb7 To study, highlight and follow up any discrepancies on drawing, specification & BQ \xc2\xb7 To prepare progress report and daily reporting of site issue & progress \xc2\xb7 To lead material submission and approval \xc2\xb7 To lead shop drawings and as-built drawings submission & approval \xc2\xb7 To be sensitive and responsive on Client\xe2\x80\x99s expectation to uphold company branding & reputation \xc2\xb7 Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior or Management Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent \xc2\xb7 Minimum 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in construction industry \xc2\xb7 Experience in Green Building Construction is preferable \xc2\xb7 Knowledge in Microsoft Project will be an advantage \xc2\xb7 Willing to travel \xc2\xb7 Great attention to details and problem-solving abilities \xc2\xb7 Outstanding leadership and organizational skills \xc2\xb7 Teamwork is essential \xc2\xb7 Able to work under stress, fast paced and high safety standard environment \xc2\xb7 Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage) \xc2\xb7 Working Hours: 6 Days Week Interested candidates please send your resume to enquiry0carriera0com0my or call us at 017-7679688.
