Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination

1. Develop project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and timelines.

2. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.

3. Ensure resources (manpower, materials, equipment) are planned and mobilized accordingly.

4. Support the Project Manager in tracking project expenditures and manpower allocation.

Technical Oversight

5. Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

6. Provide on-site technical support and resolve design-related issues.

7. Liaise with design teams to review and validate technical documents.

Progress Monitoring & Reporting

8. Monitor project milestones and ensure activities progress according to plan.

9. Prepare and submit progress reports, site diaries, and documentation to management or clients.

10. Maintain accurate project records, including drawings, RFIs, method statements, and technical submissions.

11. Attend site and coordination meetings, and prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meetings).

Quality Assurance & Compliance

12. Ensure dredging works comply with project specification, environmental regulations and maritime standards.

13. Coordinate inspections and testing with QA/QC team and third-party agencies.

14. Support the implementation of quality management systems (ISO, etc.).

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

15. Enforce compliance with site safety rules and HSE regulations.

16. Participate in safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and audits.

17. Support the HSE team in incident reporting and implementing corrective actions.

18. Ensure all equipment and processes comply with safety and environmental policies.

Problem Solving

19. Proactively identify project risks or delays and develop mitigation plans.

20. Act as a key contact point for troubleshooting technical or operational issues.

21. Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments as needed

Requirements:

1. Must have Degree in Civil Engineering.

2. At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in Dredging or Marine Constructions.

3. Familiar with project execution and site coordination

4. Strong knowledge of dredging equipment.

5. Good communication and problem-solving skills

6. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

7. Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing conditions at site.

8. Willing to work in remote project sites

Working days & hours:

Mondays - Fridays: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm

Saturdays (Alternate: Week 1 & Week 3 only): 8.00 am to 12.00 pm
