Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks. Developing bidding strategies to optimize project pricing and win probability. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, procurement, and finance, to ensure the bid meets customer requirements and aligns with the company\'s business objectives. Reviewing and negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients, including pricing, payment terms, and risk mitigation measures. Maintaining a strong understanding of industry standards, trends, and regulations, and incorporating these into the bidding process. Reviewing and analyzing tender documents and conducting pre-bid site visits, as necessary. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date bid information, including cost estimates, project schedules, and technical specifications. Preparing and presenting bid presentations to clients and stakeholders, as well as participating in bid clarification and negotiations Upon project close won, candidate to develop, coordinate and execute the operations projects with local authorities, project supervisors, consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors within the Malaysia including engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning. Responsible for project functions included but not limited to Project Management, Site Management, Project Control Management, Engineering Management, Procurement, Construction Management, etc. are all coordinated and properly staffed to meet the project(s)goals. Ensure accurate and timely reporting standards are maintained throughout the project(s). Coordinate with upper management on status, significant trends and changes of approved projects. Qualification & Requirement Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering. Advantage in Electrical and Electronics (E&E) engineering Solar / Renewable Energy related system studies will be an advantage. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Plus point in Mandarin and Bahasa Sarawak Possess own transport Customer oriented, independent, and good interpersonal skills Fast learner, ability to understand technical/engineering requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast paced environment Passionate to learn, able to work systematically, demonstrate accountability
