Responsibilities & Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture with at least 6-8 years working experience in managing infrastructure, residential and commercial projects, or mixed development
Responsible for overseeing project construction process and to lead a team of site staff
Able to liaise with consultants and contractors
Good knowledge and understanding of rules and regulations governing the property development industry
Good rapport with the relevant authorities to ensure timely approval of plans and application of CCC
A hands on leader with good administrative, organizational, and contractual skills
Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
