Job Description

• Have a diploma or bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical, quantity surveying, engineering, construction management, interior design, or a related discipline
• At least 3 years in construction project management specializing in M&E Interior Design for Commercial Office IT-out projects
• Capable of adequately communicating well in both oral and written presentations
• Able to demonstrate strong competencies in planning and project management to lead multiple projects and resources while maintaining a focus on quality and budget.
• Fluent in Microsoft Project software to outline the detailed trades of a commercial office IT-out ID projects, preferably the incumbent from the \xe2\x80\x9cMain-Con\xe2\x80\x9d sector.
• Full-Time/ contract basis position(s) available.

• Responsible for the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.
• Take lead on project implementation, develop a detailed project execution plan to monitor and track project site performance and oversee site works progress to ensure successful completion.
• Plan & organize construction programmes including timelines and key milestones, be responsible for controlling budget including materials & resources allocation requirements
• Monitoring daily site activities that includes co-ordination with contractors, sub-contractors, NSC, direct vendors and suppliers.
• Implements project documentation governance aligned with company and Client requirements to ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated.
• To assist in identification of changes in the Conditions of Contract.
• Be flexible to work around project timelines to suit project needs. This may at time involve working outside of normal office hours as required to successfully deliver the project.
• Able to arrange and coordinate meeting with all relevant parties to resolve all the design and construction matters.
