Job Description

Responsibilities To develop a detailed project plan that includes timelines, budgets, resources, and risk assessments. To supervise project team in all aspects of project coordination by providing technical advice and management support to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of projects. To coordinate with various teams, including design, construction, and maintenance teams, to ensure project are met the deadline and compliance. To maintain the accuracy of project documentation such as progress reports, technical specifications, and variation/ omission orders. To responsible for attending meetings/discussions with Client, Consultants, Main Contractor, NSC and Subcontractors to coordinate the whole project. To manage project progress and control cost to ensure project is completed on time, within budget, contractual and safety standard are complied. To perform any other duties that Management Team may assign from time to time. Must have a Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering/Construction Management or a related field with at least years of experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project is preferred. Must be familiar with MS Office including Outlook Excel Word and Power Point. Strong management leadership and communication skills are required. Ability to effectively organize and manage projects within specified time frames. Must be detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure.
