Job Description

1. FULLY IN CHARGE of new set up international xylitol plants and 2. Be the leader in pioneer management team to report to international stake holders and to coach and train the local successors. 3. Communicate with the global suppliers and technical team from China 4. Set up a xylitol refinery manufacturing plant, and machine line design, setting and commissioning. 5. Travel to oversea and outstation to meet with international partner at short notice 6. Do and analysts the pilot plant operation/testing, samples analysis, and data arrangement 7. Must have chemistry or material management degree from reputable university with specialize in xylitol related subjects 8. Minimum 10 years hands on experience in xylitol chemical refinery engineering experience 9. Well known in xylose chemical products and with strong research and development background on the studies 10. Performance driven leader and able to work under fixed term performance based contract
