Job Responsibilities

Implement and execute all policies, activities, procedures, and instructions as required under the QESH Management System. Ensure compliance with client requirements and all applicable legal and regulatory standards. Plan and implement actions based on risk and opportunity assessments. Take responsibility and accountability for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment within your area of responsibility. Lead and supervise daily site activities, ensuring proper execution of construction works, quality control, and loss prevention. Ensure that all workers and subcontractors maintain good housekeeping practices and comply with quality, environmental, safety, and health standards. Monitor and report project progress and highlight any issues affecting timelines or quality to the Project Manager. Plan and coordinate daily activities across all trades to ensure timely and efficient work execution. Verify that all materials delivered meet specifications and that construction works comply with contractual requirements. Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

A recognized Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry. Proactive, with a strong willingness to learn and take initiative. Independent, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong numerical ability and analytical thinking. Must possess own transport and be willing to travel outstation. Work location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
