Responsibilities :

Plan and define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with stakeholder and business goals Lead and manage project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within time, cost, and quality requirements Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, technicians, contractors, and consultants to ensure effective collaboration Monitor project progress, track milestones and performance metrics, and implement adjustments as necessary Prepare and manage project budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient resource allocation Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive resolution Communicate effectively with clients, authorities, and stakeholders through regular updates and meetings Ensure all project activities comply with applicable standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations Maintain accurate project documentation including plans, schedules, reports, and change records

REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Railway Engineering (or related discipline). Relevant years of experience in railway industry. Shall have experience as a Project Manager, overseeing and managing end-to-end railway project execution. Strong understanding of railway engineering standards (e.g., AREMA, EN, BS, or local codes). Experience in working on multidisciplinary railway projects (urban rail, high-speed rail, LRT, MRT, etc.). Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in project and engineering software (AutoCAD, Primavera/MS Project, etc.). Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
