Job Description

Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience with proven ability to independently manage the full RFQ-to-MP (mass production) cycle, including direct liaison with customers and suppliers, as well as end-to-end coordination with vendors or subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive RFQs and prepare quotations with technical team support. Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and represent them effectively. Translate technical product information into clear terms for customers and internal teams. Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor engineering projects. Ensure compliance with codes, standards, policies, and specifications. Follow up on sample submissions, approvals, and mass production releases. Source subcontractors or suppliers for project materials. Track project KPIs, budgets, schedules, and report status to management. Collaborate with project managers and team members to improve efficiency and maintain profitability.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field. Experience in project or program management. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project. Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus. Willingness to travel for business purposes.

Pay: RM60,000.00 - RM96,000.00 per year
