Job Responsibilities: 1) Plan and monitor progress of each project and co-ordinate site matters. 2) Ensure proper drawings submission and timely approval. 3) Co-ordinate timely procurement and delivery of materials in accordance with site progress and needs. 4) Ensure timely joint measurement of works done and submission of monthly claims.
Qudotech Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 28th February 1996 as an M&E Building Services Company. Our founder and advisor Ir. David Tan Siew Kheng is a professional engineer and has more than 30 years experience in M&E Building Services. Currently our Director Ir. Chee Kar Ming who is a professional engineer with more than 20 years experience in M&E Building Services is managing the company. They have vast experience and good rapport in the Construction Industry with Consultants, Contractors and Developers. Qudotech started off as an M&E Contractor. Over the years we have evolved to specialise mainly in Cold / Hot Water and Sanitary Plumbing Services. We have completed many prestigious projects including The Binjai On The Park which is the most expensive real estate in Malaysia, Hospitals, Airport, Hotels, Condominiums, Offices, Shopping Mall, Hypermarkets and Factories. We are also involving in super highrise buildings like Merdeka PNB118, The Exchange 106, etc. We are a CIDB G7 registered company which is the highest grade available with unlimited contract value. We have also obtained certification for Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 since August 2011. To date we have completed more than RM300 million worth of contracts mainly in Cold/ Hot Water & Sanitary Plumbing Services.
