Requirements
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. ( Mechanical, Chemical & Electrical are also encourage )
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a site management role within the construction industry.
Fresh Graduate are encouraging to apply
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Own transport / vehicle.
Able to travel and working outstation.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of site staff, including laborers, subcontractors, and other contractors.
Develop and implement site management plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
