Job Description

:

To supervise site operations to meet project deadline in accordance with project

schedule, layouts, drawings and specifications.

Project monitoring- site work progress, sub-con & workers attendance.

Prepare project documentations, reports, and progress updates.

Liaison with the main contractors, Consultants, other M & E services.

Responsible & able to work independently.

Preparation of drawing, method statement, material approval.

Preparation of RFQ or other related documents for testing and commissioning on site.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering

(Electrical) or equivalent.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Ms Project, and other relevant software.

Experience in the HVAC/ACMV field will be an advantage.

Good Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact well at all

levels.

Mature personality, independent, initiative, self-motivated and have good technical

skills in decision making.

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Possess with own transport and willing to travel.
