Job Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects. Define project parameters, assign responsibilities to team members, and oversee their performance. Interact with clients to interpret their needs, requirements, and represent their interests in the field. Perform quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance, providing regular status updates. Review engineering tasks and implement necessary corrective actions. Develop specifications for equipment required for the project. Create frameworks to measure project metrics and manage data collection. Establish field test methods and monitor the quality of those tests to ensure compliance with standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related field. AutoCAD experience required. Minimum of 2 years in fieldwork and project planning. Proficiency in computer applications, including design and visualization software. The ability to work with multiple discipline projects. Strong skills in managing, supervising, and executing projects effectively. Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
