Must have relevant qualification and experience in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E).
Responsible to oversee preventive and planned maintenance (PPM) for all managed properties.
To manage and supervise project works, including repair, refurbishment, upgrading, replacement, and new development projects.
To ensure all works are executed in compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and cost efficiency.
