New Product Introduction (NPI) Management

Key Responsibilities:

Formulate and lead new product introduction plans to ensure timely completion of trial production within the customer's required schedule. Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality departments to support product launch readiness.

Customer & Internal Communication

Serve as the main liaison between factory and customers, accurately conveying engineering issues and feedback between both sides. Accompany new customers during factory visits, conduct presentations, and address technical or operational questions.

Production & Process Monitoring

Track production capacity, process stability, and material status during mass production. Identify and resolve any production abnormalities promptly to ensure on-time delivery and product quality.

Continuous Improvement

Participate in process optimization and cost reduction initiatives. Support quality improvement projects and root cause analysis (RCA) when issues arise.

Teamwork & Coordination

Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Engineering, QA, Planning, Purchasing, Production) to achieve project milestones. Report project progress, risks, and countermeasures to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in

Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering

, or related fields. Fluent spoken and written English. Familiar with

New Product Introduction (NPI)

processes and production operations. Excellent

communication, coordination, and analytical

skills. Strong

self-learning ability

and ability to work under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Experience:

Electronics Manufacturing Services: 5 years (Preferred)
