Job Description

Responsibilities :

Co-ordinate & supervise all M&E Installation works. Troubleshoot, tackle & propose solution to solve site problems. Plan, monitor & control procurement, materials deliver & progress of work. Prepare & submit Progress Reports & other relevant sketches / drawings / documents. Verify/quantities M&E installation Services (Tender/Shop/As-built Drawing). Implement work schedule, enforce site cleanliness, housekeeping & safety. Ensure sufficiency, efficiency & quality of workforce. Monitor progress of work to comply with Work Schedule & client's requirement. Verify M&E design, sub-contractors' claim & variation orders. Liaise with client, consultants, local authorities & other relevant parties. Maintain & update on M&E drawing list/details for construction. Co-ordinate & supervise own/sub-contractors' workforce. Multi-tasking by assisting other as per management's request. (eg. : drawings, procurement, reports & etc.) Any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Requirements :

Diploma/ Degree in mechanical / Electrical Engineering Good communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Required skill : MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint). Experience working at site Able work on the pressure environment Willing to travel to project sites. Represent Site Manager for attending works progress meeting.
