JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring assigned projects, including organizing meetings and conference calls related to project activities Requires active participation in project planning and scheduling with both internal and external stakeholders, tracking progress, and providing regular updates through reports and presentations Responsible for identifying and managing project risks and issues, escalating critical concerns to management when necessary. Involvement in product and process design changes for both new and existing product lines, ensuring alignment with business strategies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities entail leading operational design changes prompted by complaints, audits, or regulatory requests, and ensuring that product developments are reproducible with high quality in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Oversees product verification and process validation activities, coordinating design changes efficiently while minimizing disruption to other ongoing tasks. Involves optimizing process and product implementation using appropriate tools and managing engineering projects and test method validation within defined timelines and budgets. Responsibilities include defining test specifications, developing protocols and reports, revising test methods, analyzing results, and ensuring documentation complies with relevant procedures and regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or other related fields, preferably with experience in the medical industry. At least 2-3 years or project management experience. Experience in managing electronic device domain. Experience in Medical Device project management is preferred. Certified PMP is preferred. Adequate understanding of electronic, software and mechanical technical information for project planning and communication with customers. Creativity and curiosity for solving highly complex problems. Strong written and verbal communication. Computer literate and excellent in Microsoft. Able to converse in Malay, English and Mandarin

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
