Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Project Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee projects from the kick-off meeting to completion/handover, ensuring smooth execution. Ensure project targets are met, including on-time completion, cost control within budget, and high-quality equipment & service delivery. Monitor, supervise, and control all project-related activities, including on-site execution throughout the project duration. Prepare and submit project weekly progress reports to customer to keep customer informed on the project status. Submit project progress photos and videos during site visits and meetings. Coordinate and liaise with clients, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high responsiveness and quick problem resolution. Use ERP software to update project progress and track job completion. Utilize Microsoft Project and CAD software for project planning and drawing review. Read and interpret engineering drawings to execute project & site work accurately. Attend weekly project meetings and resolve all project and site-related issues.

Qualifications Required:

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental or Mechatronic Engineering.

Work Experience & Skills Required:

1 to 3 years of experience in handling and managing industrial projects related to air handling, industrial equipment, or manufacturing/process industries. Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and controlling industrial projects while achieving targets in timely completion, budget control, and quality service. Experience in coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and consultants and attending site meetings to resolve technical and operational issues. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, CAD software, and ERP project tracking systems. Preferably a CIDB card holder.- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Willing to travel across Malaysia and work at project sites under challenging conditions. Physically fit and able to withstand outdoor and dusty environments, and working at heights. Ability to work independently with strong self-discipline and accountability. Honest, cooperative, and highly responsible in all job functions. Knowledge of English, Malay, and Mandarin will be an added advantage
