We are a 36 year old environmental protection mechanical engineering company and are currently undertaking continuous projects and due to our business expansion, we are inviting you to join us as one of our dynamic team ! Your Job Responsibilities : \xe2\x80\xa2 To plan site schedule, supervise, instruct and lead site workers and sub contractors on installation & erection work. \xe2\x80\xa2 To handle & manage projects from date of kick-off meeting to completion/handover date. \xe2\x80\xa2 To achieve project targets, i.e. on time completion, cost within budget and quality equipment & service. \xe2\x80\xa2 To lead, monitor, supervise and control all project related works including site works throughout the whole project duration. \xe2\x80\xa2 To prepare & submit daily, weekly and monthly project reports on time and attend weekly and monthly meeting. \xe2\x80\xa2 To submit Photos and Videos of project in progress when going to site visit and meeting. Qualifications Required: \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental or Mechatronic Engineering. Work Experience Required: \xe2\x80\xa2 2 ~ 5 years industrial work experience in handling and managing industrial projects related to air handling, industrial equipment and machinery for the manufacturing and process industries. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good track record of success in planning, executing & controlling industrial projects and achieve set targets of on time completion, cost budgets and quality equipment & service. \xe2\x80\xa2 Have good experience in co-ordinating and liaison with clients, sub-contractors, consultants and attend site meetings to resolve site problems & issues. Other Attributes & Pre-requisites: \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong, dynamic & outgoing personality. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication, interpersonal and people skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Action & Result oriented. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be able to travel outstation and physically fit \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently and strong self-discipline. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be honest, positive, co-operative, follow instructions and be always reponsible & accountable for all your job functions, duties & activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge in English, Malay and Mandarin languages will be added advantage.
