Job Description

Responsibilities:

To plan projects, establish project criteria, coordinate project reviews and ensure proper implementation of project elements. Cooperating and communicating with the Project Manager and other project participants to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability. Provide guidance to ensure progress is following schedule, quality standard is maintained, site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, including design, procurement, manufacturing, and testing teams Execute good project management practice in line with Company policies on safety, quality, cost- effectiveness, and timely from project initiation till satisfactory project completion. Attend site meetings, and liaise with consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors concerning project technical and coordination issues. Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks and issues, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders Conduct project reviews and post-mortems to identify opportunities for improvement.

Skills/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English Knowledge in computer literature and familiar with MS Office, and MS Projects Additional certification (e.g., PMP/PRINCE2) is a plus Additional knowledge in IT Network Systems is a plus Compulsory knowledge in Autocad Software on M&E and System Drawing and checking. Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. At least 3 - 5 year(s) of working experience in project or installation working environment.
