Job Description

o Project Planning & Coordination

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with multiple departments.

- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Organize and conduct project kick-off meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

o Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

- Lead and motivate project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities effectively.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating clear communication.

- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure project objectives are met.

- Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to stay on track.

o Risk Management & Problem Resolution

- Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Address and resolve internal and external project-related issues promptly.

- Implement project change management processes in response to scope or schedule changes.

o Quality Assurance & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to product quality procedures and standards throughout the project lifecycle.

- Monitor project expenses to ensure completion within budget constraints.

- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders.

o Production & Process Oversight

- Oversee machine and module assembly processes, ensuring alignment with project specifications.

- Communicate effectively with production staff to address any issues or adjustments.

- Collaborate with departments to identify and implement continuous improvement strategies

Job Summary / Purpose:

The Project Engineer is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within set deadlines and budgets. Skilled in acquiring resources and coordinating efforts of team members to deliver projects effectively.

Proficient in developing project plans, managing budgets, and ensuring meeting customer demand. Experienced in risk assessment and mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges. Demonstrates strong leadership in guiding cross-functional teams and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Committed to continuous improvement and achieving project objectives efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
