Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive maintenance service based on planned schedule.
- Field troubleshooting and repair Audio Visual system at customers' site.
- Attend and assist the customer on all technical issues on our system.
- Conduct user training to the customer when required.
- Be proactive and maintain good relationship with customer
- Provide accurate & professional service reports on site technical issues
- To advice & assist in Audio visual system installation and implementation in project.
- To perform preparation, installation and commissioning of Audio Visual system
- Any other related tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

- Min Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and related field.
- Fresh graduates with keen interest are encouraged to apply and training will be provided.
- Able to work under minimum supervision, resourceful and self-motivated.
- Able to understand manuals and interpret schematics.
- Computer literate is a compulsory
- Ability to manage a service schedule in a manner which results in timely service and responses to customers' issue
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English language and the local language.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
- Knowing Japanese language is an advantage!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
