Responsibilities

Lead and supervise construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all work follows the approved plans and specifications. Prepare and present project progress, key milestones, and potential risks to the project manager and relevant stakeholders. Review, interpret and apply engineering drawings, survey findings, and other technical documentation to support construction execution. Plan and manage the allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment to maximise project efficiency. Track project expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure the project remains within budget. Offer technical support and solutions to address construction challenges as they arise.

Your Tasks

Oversee daily site operations, ensuring all activities meet project requirements, regulatory standards, and safety guidelines. Perform routine site inspections to assess progress, spot issues early, and verify compliance with engineering and design specifications. Work closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to achieve timely and successful project delivery. Examine and interpret engineering plans, aerial imagery, blueprints, topographic and geological data, and other technical drawings to guide construction works. Coordinate the sourcing, procurement, and timely delivery of materials while ensuring they meet industry standards. Identify potential risks and implement preventive actions to avoid delays, cost overruns, and safety incidents. Maintain thorough and accurate project records, including progress logs, site diaries, variation orders, and quality documentation.
Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Fresh graduates

or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Mandarin proficiency is a must
