Build dynamic work programmes in Microsoft Excel for high rise construction project
Work with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information on project sequence and contingencies
Develop Excel models for material, subcontractor award, and workforce schedules
Analyse worker speed data to validate estimated site work time
Monitor project progress and identify risks to ensure timely delivery
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction field.
Have 3 years of site experience is a plus.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and complex formulas.
Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
