Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day activities of the project to ensure it progresses according to the plan. Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or deviations, and implement corrective actions as needed. Establish and enforce rigorous quality control measures to maintain project standards and specifications. Allocate and manage resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors. Coordinating with suppliers to ensure all required raw materials ordered are delivered to site in a timely manner. Monitor resource utilization, budget expenditures, and project costs, making adjustments as necessary. Collaborating with the architect, engineers and other consultants involved in the project to ensure that all work is carried out in a coordinated and streamlined manner. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence. Maintaining records of the construction activities on site, including progress reports, inspection reports, and documenting any issues or concerns that arise.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

in Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum

3 years related working experience

in the construction field.

Experience and participating in the Flood Mitigation Project (Project Tebatan Banjir) would be a plus.

Good negotiation and interpersonal skills to communicate and collaborate with contractors, consultants, suppliers and other relevant parties. Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Location Requirement:

This position is based in

Sungai Lembing, Kuantan, Pahang.

Candidate must be willing and able to work in above mentioned location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
