Job Description
Technical account managers assist clients with a product's technical aspects. They inform and train clients in the product's proper use to enhance the customer experience and improve satisfaction.
- Overall owner for Technical satisfactory of the Account
- Final escalation of Technical issues
- Roadmap alignment (internally and externally)
- Proactive propose the best cost effective solution
- Build relationship with Account at technical level
- Degree in related technical field - mechanical, electronics, electrical or equivalent
- At least 5 years experience in similar industrial environment
- Proficient in Mandarin to deal with China and Taiwan customers
