\xe2\x80\xa2 To meet or exceed the Key Performance Indicator, parameters for operation, maintenance and improvement work of the facility set by client(s); Al Bukhary International University, Souq Reality, Energetic Advantage, Al Bukhary International School, Kompleks Islam Al Bukhary and other nearby Al Bukhary Group of Company Offices (Mergong, Teluk Wanjah) and officials residence premises and other offices/premises that PPK extending services. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure all statutory of the facilities meet the compliance at all times with Bomba, DOSH, Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST), DOE, SPAN and etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop, schedule, monitor and coordinate the assigned engineering projects. Perform an overall quality check for the project and performance standard of the employees. Review all engineering projects status and create detailed reports. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure all operation and maintenance works are performed by all staff are safe and sustainable as per Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) applicable rules and regulations. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure all maintenance works (Planned Preventive Maintenance & Corrective Maintenance) are carried out effectively and efficiently as per KPI set. \xe2\x80\xa2 To implement yearly development or training program for the department staff \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure smooth operation of facilities day to day operations related matter, overall site operations team performance, crisis management and etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 To implement the facilities cost savings initiatives as to ensure cost improvement and sustainable operations and maintenance works. \xe2\x80\xa2 To implement the effective vendor management as to ensure all outsource works are executed as per the contract\xe2\x80\x99s term and conditions. \xe2\x80\xa2 To coordinate as necessary with respective services providers (TNB, SADA & IWK) and ensure all the client\xe2\x80\x99s monthly utilities bills are checked and verified for payments with the finance department\xe2\x80\x99s; AIU & Mergong and other offices that PPK expanding services. \xe2\x80\xa2 To coordinate as necessary to respective services providers (TNB, SADA & IWK) and to ensure the AIU all apartment unit monthly utilities bills or interim bills are produced and coordinate with the finance department and individual payees. \xe2\x80\xa2 To perform and assist the roles and duties as per during an absence of any sec-tion head position of the above mentions facilities as necessary. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure the computerized maintenance management (CMMS) and its support process (facilities assets tagging) are operational, updated and produce good re-sult for recording, reporting and history records for facilities management use. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist the superior in executing and special works assignment related to the facilities as to meet the company or organization business plan or works
