Project Executive / Assistant Manager

Job Description


  • Diploma/Degree in project management, engineering - others or any relevant discipline.
  • Good knowledge in retail/supermarket industry would be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in a managerial position.
  • Possess own transport with valid license.
  • Able to start in short notice period is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Manage construction activities and progress independently.
  • Ensure the quality of work.
  • Responsible for implementing the work plan.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress report and work schedule to management.
  • Make sure that project are according to the agreed specification, delivery schedule and cost.
  • Strong leadership, problem solving skills, resourceful, and result-oriented.
  • Analyze and guide space and design planning for the implementation of interior design strategies
  • Oversee and monitor the project progression and provide weekly reports to management.
  • Strong analytical skills and enjoys out of the box thinking.
  • Solid knowledge in AutoCAD or BQ is a MUST.
  • Able to understand structural drawing, specifications and requirements is a MUST.
  • Flexible and are willing to travel when required.
