Diploma/Degree in project management, engineering - others or any relevant discipline.
Good knowledge in retail/supermarket industry would be an added advantage.
Minimum 3 years working experience in a managerial position.
Possess own transport with valid license.
Able to start in short notice period is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage construction activities and progress independently.
Ensure the quality of work.
Responsible for implementing the work plan.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress report and work schedule to management.
Make sure that project are according to the agreed specification, delivery schedule and cost.
Strong leadership, problem solving skills, resourceful, and result-oriented.
Analyze and guide space and design planning for the implementation of interior design strategies
Oversee and monitor the project progression and provide weekly reports to management.
Strong analytical skills and enjoys out of the box thinking.
Solid knowledge in AutoCAD or BQ is a MUST.
Able to understand structural drawing, specifications and requirements is a MUST.
Flexible and are willing to travel when required.
