• Bachelor\'s degree in any area, preferably Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in event/program planning and execution, with a track record of successful events/programs.

Tanggungjawab

• Event/Program Planning: Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand event/program objectives, budget, and requirements.
• Develop comprehensive event plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all logistics and resources are in place for a successful event/program.
• Vendor Management: Identify, negotiate with, and manage external vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure necessary resources and services for the event/program.
• Coordination and Execution: Oversee all aspects of event/program execution, including setup, registration, audio-visual arrangements, catering, and guest management
• On-Site Management: Be present and actively manage all on-site event/program activities, addressing any issues and ensuring participants\' needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Budget Management: Responsible for managing event/program budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness
