- Day-to-day execution of Project Executive:

Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management. Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress and coordinating activities. Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing information and trends, highlight quality issues and anticipated problems. Carry out the in-progress inspection to ensure the works were executed to the required quality standard. Manage and execute the project in cost-effective, on-time delivery with quality standards to meets client expectations. Communicate with in house team and understand the needs for project to run smoothly Undertaking duties and or responsibilities when appropriately assigned by HOD.
- Day-to-day execution of Purchaser:

Responsible for all purchasing task. Responsible for sourcing, quotations, price negotiation and delivery of products & services meeting the requirements set. Responsible for cost comparison, negotiation, credit terms, cost saving and vendor evaluation activities. To prepare purchase order to local & overseas suppliers; follow up on purchase orders for acknowledgement and acceptance by supplier To ensure delivery is on track and according to planned schedule Attend meetings, correspondences and liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers in resolving design and site problems encountered during the construction period. To liaise and co-ordinate with forwarding agents & shippers, suppliers, Customs & Port Authorities, and internal departments, to ensure prompt, accurate & effective delivery and clearance of goods with minimum charges. To co-ordinate with the Store Keeper for the inventory level and to ensure all goods received had been GRN. To ensure all suppliers invoices with related supporting documents has submitted to account department within the cutoff date. To prepare & submit weekly and monthly purchasing reports on time and attend weekly and monthly meeting. To participate in ISO audit related matters Other ad hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements:



Min 2- 3 years of work experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh Graduate or entry level candidates are also welcome to apply, as training will be provided. Diploma or higher education in related field Computer-literate & Microsoft Office skills Able to use Autocad will be preferred Able to converse and write in English & Mandarin in order to communicate with local and overseas customers. 5-days work week

Matured and independent. Positive working attitude, client oriented and self-motivated team player. Able to work under minimum supervision, matured, independent and pro-active.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
