Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Acquisition
Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through outreach, networking, and follow-ups.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to pitch products/services.
Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales.
Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
Program & Project Management
Take ownership of the delivery of client programs after sales closure.
Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to execute projects.
Monitor progress, track milestones, and manage risks.
Maintain strong client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery with a focus on client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2-5 years of combined experience in sales, account management, and project/program delivery.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
Organized and self-motivated with excellent time management.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team.
Experience in [insert your industry, e.g., SaaS, EdTech, Healthcare, Consulting].
PMP or similar project management certification.
Prior experience in a startup or high-growth company environment.
