Kelayakan

• Relevant Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the fit-out industry, preferably in a similar role.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Design and Architectural Knowledge: Understanding of architectural drawings, interior design principles, and building regulations.

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Design Coordination: Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to finalize the design concepts.
• Procurement: Manage the procurement process, including sourcing materials, selecting contractors, and negotiating contracts.
• Site Supervision: Oversee construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Budget Control: Monitor project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage financial risks.
• Client Liaison: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
