Project Manager Id Fit Out Works (kuala Lumpur)
Job Description
1. To manage, monitor and supervise project at site
2. Project planning, implementation and progress monitoring
3. Responsible for the completion and delivery time of project.
4. To monitor site work performance and to liaise with co-ordinate with sub-contractors /
suppliers and client etc to ensure quality and completion of project to meet clients\'
requirement and satisfaction.
5. Ensure proper safe methods of working are adopted and implemented and comply the
Safety & Health Guidelines of the site.
6. To co-ordinate with main contractor, sub-contractors and check the progress of work.
7. To attend project meeting and all site issues.Requirements:
1. Degree / Diploma in Interior Design/ Architecture/ Project Management or equivalent
2. More than 5 years of experience preferably in ID fit out industry
3. Computer literate
4. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
