Project Executive (id Fit Out Work)
Job Description
Coordinate interior fit-out projects and liaise with consultants and project representatives appointed by the client. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Ensure all onsite staff and sub-contractors comply with safety regulations and promote safe working practices. Monitor compliance with building codes safety standards and other regulations. Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule to ensure the project is completed within the agreed timeframe. Take responsibility for preparing submitting and obtaining all required permits and licenses.
