Kelayakan
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in agency liaison, sales support, customer engagement, or conversion-related roles
Experience in sales conversion, lead follow-up, or closing is an advantage
Property industry or agent-facing experience is an added advantage
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and conversion metrics
Able to manage objections and resolve issues professionally
Familiar with social media and digital customer engagement
Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented
Responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Willing to support company events, launches, and roadshows when required
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage
Tanggungjawab
1. Monitor and provide reports in the following areas as required:
Project Progress and status
Sales and marketing strategies to promote current and future projects
Project and sales documentation and reporting processes
Sales operations including after-sales customer service
Any other issues related to the business
2. Prepare executive summaries from information received in periodical reports and hold formal review meetings with the respective personnel.
3. Visit each project site and attend progress meetings as required in order to have working knowledge of current project status and issues.
4. Attend all regular meetings.
5. Assist with agenda preparation and attend periodical Management coordination meeting to review the following issues:
Current month project reviews
Sales operation quantitative and qualitative analysis
Procedures, processes and systems
Update operations goals and review individual action items
6. Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures to achieve established corporate goals and support the corporate mission statement.
7. Contribute to the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
8. Must be responsible and able to work independently with high levels of energy and possess superior judgement and problem-solving capabilities.
9. Must be reliable, flexible, responsive and possess a sense of urgency when/if necessary, due to critical business demands and have a strong work ethic.
10. Responsible for handling and responding to all appointments, enquiries, and issues raised by external agencies in a timely and professional manner.
11. Acts as the key liaison between buyers and the company, ensuring smooth communication and coordination throughout the property sales process.
