Job Description


  • Experience in property development and construction industry will be preferred.
  • Minimum diploma in Civil Engineering and equivalent from recognize higher learning institution.
  • At least 2 - 3 years\' experience in contract administration in property or construction industry.
  • Experience in handling project at site
  • Possess own transport
Responsibilities
  • Communicate and Coordinate with the construction team & sub-contractor.
  • Oversee project progress and prepare monthly reports to the Project Manager
  • Update report of site progress to management
  • Ensure building materials on site are in good condition and under control.
  • To attend site inspection, valuation, measurement, and site meeting/consultant meetings.
  • Check site environment and hygiene.
  • Recognize and solve potential problems on-site with consultants/project team.
  • Evaluate & prepare Sub-Contractor\'s Interim Payment Certificates
  • Assist with operation matters such as pre-planning, cost estimation, pre-contract coordination, post-contract coordination, and budget.
  • Resolving matters involves technical on-site
  • Review the accuracy of drawings in compliance with project requirement
  • Monitor the progress and quality of work by the contractor.
  • Technical task.
  • Ensure proper coordination of all variables in the assigned projects
  • Any other duties that the management may assign from time to time
