Job Summary Managing various aspects of an expansion and internal renovation project, including planning to execution. Responsibilities Lead the project team by delegating tasks and fasting effective communication and collaboration amongst team members. Allocate resources efficiently, including budget, and materials, to ensure project goals are met within constraints. Monitor project progress against deliverables and implement corrective actions as needed. Maintain accurate project documentation and deliver regular reports to stakeholders and senior management. Handling procurement and payment processes associated with the project. Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Degree in a related field preferred (i.e. engineering) Preferably with quantity surveyor experience and 2-3 years experience in managing on-site healthcare-related construction projects. Competent with Microsoft Excel and Word. Strong problem-solving abilities, team collaboration skills, time management and communication skills.
