Responsibilities1. Assists PM from planning, project development, tender implementation, and construction until completion of project (pre, ongoing, post project).
To liaise, coordinate and monitor with consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and best quality standards.
Assists in feasibility studies, design work and coordinate with internal departments on tender/quotations/drawings/documents related to projects matters.
To collect, evaluate, negotiate and recommend on quotation exercise to client and from contractors and suppliers.
To evaluate and recommend contractor\'s claim exercise.
Involve with site meeting, site discussion, technical co-ordination and site co-ordination of project and prepare all related documents inclusive progress report / minutes of meeting and etc.
